How much will my Brightly Clean visit cost?

Your online estimate combines the service you choose, a bedroom-based time guide and any selected extras. It is a starting point for a confirmed quote, with no payment taken on the website.

These are Brightly Clean’s published guide prices as of 27 October 2026. They describe our own estimate builder, not an average for all London cleaners.

How bedrooms and bathrooms affect the estimate

The calculator allows 2 cleaning hours for a studio or one-bedroom home, then adds 1 hour for each additional bedroom. A two-bedroom home therefore starts with a 3-hour guide. Homes with six or more bedrooms need an individual quote.

We also ask how many bathrooms you have. The current calculator records that number without automatically adding a bathroom charge. The team considers bathrooms, the home’s condition and your priorities when confirming the actual time and final price.

This is a planning guide, not a promise that every home of the same size takes the same time.

A worked example: two bedrooms, weekly

For regular cleaning in a two-bedroom home, using your own products, mop and hoover, with no extras selected:

3 guide hours × £20£60
Weekly saving on labour · 10%−£6
Guide estimate per visit£54

The fortnightly saving is 5% on regular-cleaning labour, making the same example £57. These savings do not apply to the price of extras. Deep and end-of-tenancy cleaning use one-off estimates.

Add only the extras you need

  • Inside oven: +£18
  • Inside fridge: +£12
  • Interior windows: +£15
  • Change linen: +£8

For regular-cleaning visits, you can also add:

  • Cleaning products: +£10 per visit
  • Mop: +£10 per visit
  • Hoover: +£20 per visit

These items are not included in the base cleaning rate. Supply any items you do not select. The repeat-visit saving applies to labour only, so adding all three supply extras to the £54 weekly example gives £94 per visit.

For example, selecting the oven extra adds £18 to the £54 weekly guide, giving £72. Tell the team about the size and condition of items so the final scope can be agreed. Specialist carpet treatment is quoted separately.

Any applicable parking or congestion costs are confirmed before booking. For regular cleaning, select the products and equipment you need in the quote builder, or provide your own.

What happens after you build a quote?

  1. Select the service, bedrooms, bathrooms, frequency and extras.
  2. Enter your full postcode and review the estimate.
  3. Add optional timing preferences and cleaning priorities.
  4. Open the email draft, check it and send it from your email app.

Opening the draft does not send it automatically. The team confirms coverage in London Zones 1–5, availability, the agreed tasks and the final quote. Your estimate is not a confirmed booking.
