Before we arrive.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Regular cleaning does not include cleaning products, a mop or a hoover. You can provide your own or select optional extras: cleaning products £10, mop £10 and hoover £20 per visit. Select only the items you need us to provide. Deep-cleaning guide rates include products.
Can I book the same cleaner regularly?
We aim to keep regular bookings with the same professional whenever schedules allow. If they’re unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative.
How does payment work?
Your final quote and payment arrangements are confirmed by the team before booking. The website does not take payment.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Rescheduling is available subject to notice and slot availability. Your final booking confirmation will show the applicable terms.
